INFORMATION
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

WARRANTY |
| The METERS, INC. warranty extends to the original purchase
of the unit. |
|
WARRANTY COVERAGE |
| The METERS,
INC. unit is warranted against defective materials or workmanship.
This warranty is void if (1) The unit has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other cases not arising out of defects in material or workmanship, (2) the serial number has been altered or defaced, (3)or the unit hasbeen disassembled. |
| WARRANTY DURATION |
| METERS, INC. warranties meters, pumping units, and mechanical computers to the original purchaser, for a period of one year from invoice date. Any items that contain electrical components are warranted 90 days from invoice date. |
| WARRANTY PERFORMANCE |
| During the above one (1) year warranty your unit will either be repaired or replaced with a remanufactured model of an equivalent quality, (at the option of METERS, INC.) when the unit is returned, freight prepaid and insured to the METERS, INC. facility listed below. In the event of replacement with a remanufactured model, the replacement unit will continue the warranty of the original warranted remanufactured unit or 120 days, whichever is longer. Other than postage and insurance requirement, no charge will be made for such repair, adjustment, and/or replacement. Starting January1, 1998, if you return a unit to us under warranty and our inspection reveals there is nothing wrong with the unit, you will be invoiced a $24.00 inspection fee plus shipping charges. |
| WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS |
| Any implied warranties arising out of this sale, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above one (1) year period. METERS, INC. shall not be liable for loss of product or use of the unit or other incidental or consequential costs of expenses or damages incurred by the purchaser. In the event it is subsequently determined that under the terms and conditions of this warranty agreement, METERS, INC. is deemed to be liable under any circumstances stated above, said liabilities shall not exceed the amount paid by the original purchaser for the unit at the time of its purchase. |
