We offer remanufactured petroleum equipment including meters, pumps, blowers, gate valves, and related products. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes and may not be entirely accurate or complete.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. All sales are subject to product availability and our acceptance of your order.

Remanufactured equipment may show signs of previous use. While we ensure all equipment meets or exceeds performance standards, cosmetic variations may occur.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and verification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made. We accept payment methods as displayed on our website.

Core charges may apply to certain products. Core return policies and refund procedures are outlined in our warranty documentation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping on all products. Shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and methods will be provided at checkout or upon request.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Inspect all shipments upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranties and Returns

Product warranties are detailed in our separate warranty documentation. Warranties are limited to repair or replacement and do not cover consequential damages, installation costs, or loss of use.

Returns must be authorized in advance and are subject to our return policy. Restocking fees may apply. Contact us for return authorization before shipping any products back.

6. Commercial Services

We provide DOT-approved tank trailer services, repairs, fabrication, and inspections. Service work is performed by certified technicians in accordance with applicable federal regulations including 49 CFR Part 180.

Service estimates are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during inspection or repair.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their equipment complies with all applicable regulations. We provide inspection and repair services but do not guarantee regulatory compliance beyond the scope of work performed.

7. Product Use and Safety

Petroleum equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable safety regulations. Users are responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance.

We are not responsible for improper use, installation, or maintenance of equipment. Failure to follow proper procedures may void warranties and create safety hazards.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meters Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or equipment downtime, arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in our written warranty documents, all products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
